🎑Connect with nature 🏞
A few days ago I heard something that echoes in my head, and it is a question: Why do we need another planet to live, wouldn't it be easier to recover and take care of our beloved planet Earth? Man in his eagerness to discover and colonize continues to look elsewhere for happiness and behind that thought there is nothing but death and destruction.
Hace unos días escuché algo que retumba en mi cabeza, y es una pregunta ¿Por qué necesitamos otro planeta para vivir, no sería más fácil recuperar y cuidar nuestro amado planeta Tierra? El hombre en su afán de descubrir y colonizar sigue buscando en otras partes la felicidad y detrás de ese pensamiento no hay otra cosa que muerte y destrucción.
How sad it is to know that wherever they go everything will remain the same, they will continue to create things that damage, deteriorate the environment. On the other hand, hatred between nations threatens a third world war. The leaders of the world meet every year to talk about global warming, the destruction of the oceans, forests and mountains, but that only ends up in a photograph for their personal ego and meanwhile the planet does not seem to matter to anyone.
Qué triste es saber que vayan donde vayan todo seguirá igual, seguirán creando cosas que dañen, deterioren el medio ambiente. Por otra parte el odio entre naciones amenaza con una tercera guerra mundial. Los mandatarios del mundo se reúnen cada año para hablar del calentamiento global, la destrucción de los océanos, bosques y montañas, pero eso solo termina en una fotografía para su ego personal y mientras tanto el planeta no parece importarle a nadie.

In recent days everyone is talking about the increase in temperatures; countries like Brazil have had the highest temperatures of all time 60 degrees and the year 2024 was the hottest year of all time.
In Venezuela we have been waiting for the rains for a while and it still does not seem to have a date, the forest fires have created a layer of smoke which experts call haze, that in turn is affecting the health of many, in my case I have presented affectation of the respiratory tract and others have been affected with flu, allergies, rhinitis, asthma, among others.
En los últimos días todo el mundo habla del aumento de las temperaturas; países como Brasil han tenido las temperaturas más elevadas de todos los tiempos 60 grados y el año 2024 quedó como el año más caluroso de todos los tiempos.
En Venezuela estamos esperando las lluvias desde hace rato y aun no parece tener fecha, los incendios forestales han creado una capa de humo a la que los expertos llaman calina, eso a su vez está afectando la salud de muchos, en mi caso he presentado afectación de las vías respiratorias y otros han sido afectados con gripe, alergias, rinitis, asma, entre otros.

That's why today I brought you these pictures of my most recent trip to Boconò, a town in the Andean region of Venezuela, where there are incredible landscapes, the people are friendly, they take good care of you and you fall in love with this place that seems magical, as if it was taken out of a fairy tale. Trujillo is one of the states in Venezuela that produces the most agricultural food, from the moment people get up they are working, cultivating, producing. Here people really love the land and do everything to take good care of it, I hope more people turn their eyes to learn at least a little of these humble farmers.
De aquí que hoy les trajera estas fotografías de mí más reciente viaje a Boconò, un pueblo de la región andina de Venezuela, donde hay unos paisajes increíbles, la gente es amable, te atienden bien y te enamoras de ese lugar que parece mágico, como si fuera sacado de un cuento de hadas. Trujillo es uno de los estados de Venezuela que más produce alimentos agrícolas, desde que la gente se levanta están trabajando, cultivando, produciendo. Aquí la gente sí que realmente aman la tierra y hacen de todo para tenerla bien cuidada, ojala más personas volteen la mirada para aprender tan siquiera un poco de estos humildes campesinos.

Todos podemos contactar con la naturaleza y podemos seguir recibiendo todos sus beneficios, a cambio ella solo nos pide que la cuidemos.

- Reduce el estrés: ¿cuánto no hemos hablado de este tema? Lo maravilloso que se siente salir al aire libre, caminar, respirar, oír el canto de las aves, ver el sol al salir y que te saque un suspiro y además te acaricie la piel mientras provee de vitaminas todo tu cuerpo.
Going to a natural park, beach, rivers, mountains, feeling the sand, the trees, everything makes you feel happy; I have never heard anyone after a trip say that they feel bad, that they had a bad time, that they were unhappy, I have never seen that!
Ir a un parque natural, playa, ríos, montañas, sentir la arena, los árboles, todo te hace sentir feliz; jamás he escuchado a nadie después de un viaje decir que se siente mal, que la paso pésimo, que fue infeliz, ¡eso nunca lo he visto!
On the other hand it has a benefit that almost no one says it and that is that when you go out or contact with nature it takes you away from the problems, yes friends, when you get away from the city, work, you also get away from the problems, the mind feels rested, calm and full of strength to continue.
Por otra parte tiene un beneficio que casi nadie lo dice y es que al salir o contactar con la naturaleza te aleja de los problemas, si amigos, cuando te alejas de la ciudad, trabajo, también te alejas de los problemas, la mente se siente descansada, tranquila y se llena de fuerzas para continuar.
Being with nature is to be happy and that strengthens our immune system, feel that feeling of being alive helps protect us from various cardiovascular, respiratory, muscular and mental diseases.
- And my favorite of all is the stimulus I feel when I connect with it because it stimulates my neurons and therefore increases my creativity. Its colors and sounds are conducive to create and reinvent ourselves every day added to this we feel peace, it helps us to reflect and meditate.
Estar con la naturaleza es estar feliz y eso refuerza nuestro sistema inmunológico, sentir esa sensación de estar vivo ayuda a protegernos de diversas enfermedades cardiovasculares, respiratorias, musculares y mentales.
- Y mi favorita de todas es el estímulo que siento cuando conecto con ella ya que estimula mis neuronas y por ende aumenta mi creatividad. Sus colores y sonidos son propicios para crear y reinventarnos cada día sumado a esto sentimos paz, nos ayuda a reflexionar y meditar.
Spiritual retreat with nature 🌱
I hope that the most powerful countries do not wait until it is too late to act and that they join the thought that we should not look for a planet B, a second or third option, because the one that God created for us called "Earth" is very beautiful, it is incredible and has everything to be happy and lead a full life.
Ojala los países más poderosos no esperen a que sea demasiado tarde para actuar y que se sumen al pensamiento de que no debemos buscar un planeta B, una segunda o tercera opción, porque el que Dios creo para nosotros llamado “Tierra” es muy hermoso, es increíble y tiene todo para ser felices y llevar una vida plena.

Te digo algo, ahora mostraste ese paraíso y van a querer destruirlo también😜. Que fotos tan espectaculares nos mostraste, me dan ganas de darme un paseito y desconectarme por un rato de todo esto. hoy en día se habla mucho de la empatía y la nombran y recalcan para todo, ojala muchos la asocien con el planeta porque en verdad necesita que seamos mas empáticos con ella. Creo que en mi próximo post hablarè algo de eso.
