We lived in better times @lizelle , when we got on with life, no PC bullcrap, no woke nonsense, none of this diversity and inclusion crap. There are far too many wet wipes and oxygen thieves getting offended these days. In my world men still have dangly bits and women a foo foo. There is nothing else other than mental health issues.AND DO NOT get me started on the pathetic pronoun arguements!

We for sure lived in better times @grindle! I'd never heard the term woke until @tengolotodo mentioned it, what next!!! I always try to look for the good in people, but boy oh boy, I've started brushing sides with some nasties; oxygen thieves is an apt term.
Some people are too afraid to say it like it is, and I talk especially of our crime/neighbourhood WhatsApp groups again. I only stay on there because crime is a reality here in SA, but stopped the notifications! The abbreviations are just crazy, many I've never heard of. Beyond ridiculous!
I agree about the pronouns, won't go there.
