It's that time again: for another Blog of the Month.
But first
Things on the Hive are quiet and, if you don't know, Tuesday is also D-Day for a hard fork that probably won't have a material affect on most users. That said, if the blockchain is glitchy on Tuesday, that's why. It's the 26th since the original blockchain was started and if I remember correctly, Hive's 3rd. Read more about it here.
The Silver Blogger's community is still a few short of the now magic 1,5k subscriptions. Delegations now...

To enter
How to enter your post for the Blog of the Month (#BoM) - the criteria remain the same -
- Posts must be in English and obviously centre on the week’s theme or topic.
- Prose must be a minimum of 350 words. If it’s a photo or graphic essay, the photos must be your original work and preferably with some sort of back-story to the images.
- The blog must be posted in/from our community
- The account must be a subscribed Silver Blogger
- Use #BoM - blog of the month - as your first tag.
- Share the link to your entry in the comments of this post.
Consider following the #BoM tag so that you can easily find, upvote, and comment on other contributions.
Reminders:
The updated community description is a guide to content we welcome in the Silver Bloggers' Community. Folk who post content that doesn't jive, will be encouraged to find an alternative and more comfortable space in which to play.

To keep things fair: the same person (account) may not win twice in succession.
In summary, last edition's winner may enter, but the contribution, like those of the judges' panel, will not be eligible for a prize.

Last words...no pressure
If you're a bit like me, not a herd animal, and don't do well being pressured - by topics or deadlines, that's ok. The #bom and #silverprompts are intended to nudge and inspire. So even if you don't get your post done by the cut-off time, we will still consider it for curation (no prizes, though).

Thank you for checking that, but I follow both you and Eric, and I think that is why that post shows up on my feed. I see the members I follow and what they reblog, but none of the original community posts. Perhaps I have just been missing them, but I have to go directly to the community to see posts announcing contests and housekeeping.
hmmm, i reblog them all. btw, a blog you follow is showing only once in our feed and when reblogged it just adds the info about that to the feed entry. #justSaying
i got one other point to check about this subject, that is: if we post to a community we can choose to included it in our blog or not. So, if we choose not to, that may isn't showing in any feed... but yet to confirm. 😌😁
