I'll pause my chronicles here, or at least keep them very brief. I admit I have a certain aversion to this art style. Drawing bold figures and images on human skin can be harmful to health and is often seen as unnatural. Still, I respect the choices of those who get tattoos.
I remember that, in the 1980s, the captivating trend of popsicles and ice creams with temporary adhesive decals appeared: the famous tattoos. It was a delight for children like my sisters. But for me, already a teenager, it was just a curiosity that I quickly saw pass.
Yes, in my family, a cousin's daughter became a professional tattoo artist. She is an unconventional young woman. She even displays an extravagant and striking style of dress. Of course, I think the habit doesn't make the monk. And if she's happy, who are we to criticize her? In my case, it would be like spitting on my head. By the way, steadily advancing toward baldness. Ha ha ha.
My daughter has a beautiful "Phoenix" tattooed on the back of her neck, as a symbol of one who rises from the ashes. So you can't tell me I'm intolerant despite my convictions and reasonable doubts about their biocompatibility.
Well, thinking about it, I do have a few tattoos on my chickenpox scars from childhood that persist despite cell regeneration. But perhaps the most iconic are the double scars on my left posterior thigh from jumping over a barbed-wire fence. I remember my eldest son's amazement when he saw them. He asked how I got them, and I told him:: ...in a fight with a tiger. You know, don't lie to children. For years, he believed that, and his disappointment was like discovering the tricks behind Santa Claus, Baby Jesus, or the Three Wise Men.
The last tattoo, or rather a scar, was caused by a bug—well, I guess so. One morning, I woke up with swelling between my eyebrows, right where the third eye is believed to be. It was so bad that the doctor had to drain the pus from the pustule. With antibiotics, it healed, but it also left a new scar—like a tattoo.
Wow, I've gone on longer than I expected! I hope my stories, beyond being part of my personal legacy, have also been enjoyable for you.
I wish you a blessed week, full of health and good things.

I also don't have tattoos and I also have many scars, especially on my knees because of the many falls I've had in life. But unlike you, I do like tattoos and I also used to use temporary tattoos that we applied with water. A short but entertaining text. Greetings
Hi,
Scars: Unwanted, incidental tattoos. Yes, they're a testament to how happy we were as children. You know, Nancy. I spoke with my daughter today about her tattoo, and she explained that hers has never caused her any problems. But she recognizes that whoever gets it should be sure they won't regret it in the future. Of course, some fade over time. Hers is fading, and she's thinking about touching it up in the future, but with verifiably qualified people. So, if you're thinking about getting a tattoo, do your homework. Just like you would with cryptocurrencies.
Greetings.
Hello! Dear Javier. Tattoos? None. Scars? Very few, almost imperceptible, at least on the skin, some on the inside.
On the physical body and who knows, on the emotional. Surely the former are a reflection of the latter.
I'm not a fan of tattoos, marks, or body piercings, and I don't have any, except for the mark from that childhood vaccination. The younger generation has taken to painting themselves, almost out of desperation, and here, with the arrival of good weather, people show off their bodies, and I've been able to see what look like socks, stockings, and sleeves painted on their skin in a wide variety of designs, some in full color.
In the past, it was frowned upon and associated with prisoners and vagrants. In some countries with military fraternities or among sailors, and naturally among some ethnic groups like the Maori, tattoos reflect their status in the community.
Perhaps this is the origin of tattoos among gang members, who mark their criminal exploits on their bodies and faces. And the reason it's not fully accepted in all societies.
I've already gone on too long, so I'll sign off with the best wishes for this penultimate week of October.
Hello, Felix
We meet again, my friend. I'm sure that, like you, I also have my soul tattooed with scars. At least, that's more than enough for me.
I respect those who like them, but as you say, they can be used to segregate people, for better or worse. I think it's better to be natural.
So, let's continue as we were conceived. Of course, much older now. Ha ha ha.
Best regards.
Hola, Félix
Volvemos a coincidir, mi amigo.
Salud.
Your stories about your natural tattoos are great, you got them by jumping over a fence and using other varicose vein products. I'm glad you share the idea of young people getting tattoos. Even though they'll stay on their skin forever. But if it makes them happy, then we should let them get them. Have a nice day.
Hello, @rammargarita
Thank you for your kind words. Yes, scars that remind me of what I've been through.
Greetings.
