A few days ago I had the joy of going to a place in Valencia, where they make super exquisite empanadas, I did not know that place, despite having about 70 years. That tradition was started by Mrs. Gregoria Alvarado, nowadays, her son continues with this great work. Yesterday I went there again, and it was full again, it is a simple and humble place, with a nice service
Many families come there to eat, it was nice to see couples going alone, groups of friends coming from other places, big families, other smaller ones like dad, mom and two children, other people who brought others to taste the empanadas because they came from other places outside Valencia and take them to try those tasty empanadas
You can never miss a cat in old places like that, it is part of the family that runs that place and of course is welcomed and pampered by users who come to eat those famous empanadas, for me, particularly, are one of the best empanadas I've ever tasted

Hace unos días tuve la dicha de ir a un lugar en Valencia, donde realizan unas empanadas súper exquisitas, no conocía ese lugar, a pesar de tener como 70 años. Esa tradición la empezó la señora Gregoria Alvarado, actualmente, su hijo continúa con esa gran labor. Ayer volví a ir, y estaba full nuevamente, es un lugar sencillo y humilde, con una agradable atención.
Muchas familias llegan allá a comer, fue bonito ver parejas que iban solos, grupos de amigos que venían de otros sitios, familias grandes, otras más pequeñas como papá, mamá y dos hijos, otras personas que traían a otros a degustarse las empanadas porque venían de otros sitios fuera de Valencia y los llevan a probar esas sabrosas empanadas.
Nunca puede faltar un gato en lugares antiguos como ese, es parte de la familia que atiende ese lugar y por supuesto es acogido y consentido por los usuarios que acuden a comer esas famosas empanadas, para mí, particularmente, son una de las mejores empanadas que he probado.

¡Qué bonito ver! Como en nuestra cultura valenciana, existen estos lugares que uno puede disfrutar, no son lejanos y son bastante accesibles para poderlos visitar e ir a compartir en familia o con amigos.
El hijo de la señora se dirige todos los días a casa de su mamá para trabajar y visitar la casa, para realizar las empanadas y continuar con la tradición de su mamá que tanto le apasionaba esta misión. Como comenté anteriormente, la buena atención es espectacular, es una atención muy familiar, es como sentirse en casa, se nota como buscan mantener viva esa tradición que su mamá inició hace muchos años.
Este lugar tiene por nombre: Empanadas La Criollita, se encuentra ubicada en San Blas, Valencia, Estado Carabobo, donde preparan este alimento muy famoso en nuestro país, como lo es la empanada, tienen una variedad de rellenos, la textura de la masa es espectacular, bastante suave, un sabor único, dicen que las más famosas desde hace años son las empanadas con guiso, por su rico sazón.
Es un lugar donde al estacionar el carro sientes que llegas a esa casa familiar, los alrededores de la casa sin rejas ni pared que te sientas lejano. En ese lugar llegó una de las viajeras más conocidas de nuestro país, nuestra querida Valentina Quintero. Tienen que venir a visitar este lugar cualquier cosa que diga me quedaría corta.
