It's so sad to see loved ones health decline like that, and not easy if they don't want to move closer or in with you so you can take care of them, but it's not easy moving and giving up all you're familiar with.
I do hope you find a good caregiver as it will get more difficult from here on.
Your Dad is fortunate that he has family who love and care for him!
