in Silver Bloggers • 13 days ago

Greetings 🙏 dear Hiveans and community members of the Silverbloggers community. Past is always a history, something we wish to recollect and store. While putting in writing, one can imagine the impact it had in us, then. Here is the link for you to continue....

A Day to remember.....

Sometimes it so happens, even a small thing can bring in joy, true to the saying, the sky has no limits. To say, I had few happy moments, at different times when I felt - yes I have achieved.

When I was doing my degree final year, one of our subject was Intership . Three of my intimate friends and myself, got into an Insurance company to pursue Intership for a period of one month. It was like getting a new job and we friends enjoyed thoroughly while working.

End of the month, ie., on our last day of working we were given a meagre stipend. But it had a big impact in our lives. And a gateway to dream for good job with a decent salary. Obviously my aim turned to reality, and when I got my first salary definitely it was "a day t remember".

Giving birth to my first female child was definitely another day to remember. After a long struggle, looking into the new born twinkling eyes came in another beautiful world. It was nice watching the calm little face with closed eyes, her little hands and legs resting on me.

Moreover, I remember this was the day when me and my better half spent the whole day together, having fun and laughter and thanking Almighty fo this great blessing. It was another "beautiful day to remember".

Another beautiful remembrance, was the day I was honoured with a Decadian Award, while working in a most prestigious school. The best part came in, when I was asked to speak a few grateful words.

To be honest, that was the first time I stepped forward to the Podium, where in few dignitaries were seated. Helpless, I felt I will have a nervous breakdown infront of almost 200 guests and teachers.

Infact, to worse it all, I had a starting problem. But once I started the speech, with a flow it went on and finally after 3 to 4 minutes I concluded thanking one and all.

Food was served from one corner and I dare not to question anyone about my speech. Few days passed, I received appreciation from so many unknown friends. This once again definitely became "a most memorable day to remember".

At a blink of an eye, we sometimes feel, every thing has come an end and how fast the days have just flown, leaving behind beautiful memories.

Thankyou dear friends for visiting my blog with great patience. Have a great weekend.
