RE: DAZED AND CONFUSED . SHOW ME A PHOTO CONTEST ROUND 11 PHOT0 EDIT

Oops! Poor little guy and he will be alright. Pity about the Merlin though.
Our problem here and elsewhere where we stayed are the electrical security wires that people install around their property fences to deter thieves.
Countless birds now that we saved after they had touched the wires and many also didn't make it.

I had to read this, as it reminded me that your man had sent me a message that I forgot about and I will go a look for it now.
We have power cuts now twice a day and it makes working on the PCs very difficult.
But life goes on and you have a great post here my friend.

It's just so unbelievable to me how people are forced to live with fear.
Just so sad and scary to me. Without power, life gets to be that much tougher.
I don't know how you and your wife do it, but you sure are special.

Fear has become the norm here now for many years my friend.
A severe inequality exists in the country and the masses have become tired of only 10% of the country owning most everything (Mostly white)
So, who can blame a man with 5 or more children, when he goes out to steal in order to feed his family?
And this is not only one man, as there are millions of them with very little education and bleak futures.

We have not been left unscathed, as my phone was taken away from me at gun point and there were a few other incidents, but it has not affected our determinantion to try and change things.

This is why we focus on education at the root of the problem, the children, as hopefully it will result in better futures for them when they become adults.

But such is life and we simply have to endure.

Wow, I feel like you live in another world. There is so much inequality and hatred in this world it turns my stomach. I believe you are right to put the emphasis on education, gives hope to future generations. I admire your commitment in helping these poor children. God Bless you and yours.

Thank you milady and yes, educarion is indeed the best medicine to improve thids dire situation.
A big problem is that the government has dropped the school pass mark to 30% per subject and children are allowed to skip Maths and Science sublects. According to me this is suicide for the county's economical growth in the future.

I have a good friend who has recently released top qualtity educational materials for the pre-shools in the country and let's hope that when the youngsters reach schooling age, they will be properly prepared.
At papillon we also have an accreditation policy, meaning that all educational efforts that we do must be top quality. We had some university partners in the past and I am aiming to do the same here in the new area soon.

So yes the battle goes on, but we will not lay down.

Blessings also to you guys and thank you for the kind support. !Engage30
