Currently we are in the summer. The days are getting more and more hot. Nowadays the daylight temperature is around 30 °C. It was 28 °C, when I took these photos.
We often stay and walk under the sun, but sometimes it is good to go into the shadows for a little bit colder temperature.
So we went under the trees, in the shadows. Similarly to yesterday, my Harris's hawk curiously looked around. She is enjoying being outside.
Today I took a few photos doing this. I took these photos in the afternoon (at/after 16:00 CEST) in the garden of my current rent.
I took these photos with my smartphone (Samsung Galaxy A12). I have not edited these photos.
Today we met one person (a government worker) (a lady) in the garden. My Harris's hawk screamed at her a few times, when she walked close to us. It is still very rare for my Harris's hawk to see other people. My Harris's hawk followed her with her head. This is a good sign. She is showing some kind of interest in her.
The first time when she saw other people around/nearby, she tried to jump down from my arm, and she tried to fly away. So compared to that reaction, following someone else's movements (walking) with her head is obviously an improvement in her socialization with other people. My Harris's hawk is still visibly nervous, when she see other people around, but slowly she will get used to see other people around.
