Today I'm off, so I went out for running in the morning. This is the first workout after the solo full marathon on the last Sunday.
今日は仕事は休みなので、朝からランニングをしました。これが、日曜日の「ひとりフルマラソン」の後、初めてのワークアウトです。

This time I ran comfortably at easy pace, but I felt discomfort in my left iliotibial band at around the 20-km point and stopped the workout before arriving at my house. The damage to my left knee by the solo full marathon seems to be more serious than I thought. I'd like to do workout carefully for the time being.
今回は、楽なペースで気持ちよく走りましたが、20kmすぎに腸脛靭帯の違和感を感じたので、家に着く前にランニングを中止しました。「ひとりフルマラソン」での足へのダメージは思ったより深刻なようです。当分の間は慎重にワークアウトをしていこうと思います。
