Algo que me gusta de salir es conocer nuevos lugares, culturas, probar nuevas recetas, siento que cada quien deja un poco de si en los platillos que prepara. El día de ayer tuve la oportunidad de ir a un lindo lugar con mi amiga Mafe, se llama bochinche es un restaurante bar que esta ubicado en el municipio de Santo Tomás.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to go to a nice place with my friend Mafe, it's called bochinche, it's a restaurant bar located in the municipality of Santo Tomas.
Les contaré un poquito de como nació este restaurante, al parecer a Julián (el dueño del restaurante) le gustaba mucho hacer videos cocinando, mostrando sus recetas y demás en su página de instagram que se llamaba bochinche esto cuando estabamos en tiempo de pandemia, cuando la pandemia empezó a regularse que ya los establecimientos empezaron a abrir, él hacía reseñas y recomendaba restaurantes o pequeños emprendimientos. Hasta que un día la gente lo empezó a motivar para que abriera su propio restaurante, fue tanta la motivación que recibía que decidió abrir su local y así fue como nació bochinche, el mismo nombre de su página se lo puso al lugar. Con perseverancia ha ido creciendo poco a poco pero la verdad es que ha tenido una gran acogida.

Until one day people began to motivate him to open his own restaurant, he was so motivated that he decided to open his own place and that's how bochinche was born, the same name of his page was given to the place. With perseverance he has been growing little by little but the truth is that he has had a great reception.
Llegamos y nos atendió él mismo, nos ubico en una mesa adentro del restaurante ya que por la parte de afuera también hay mesas disponibles, entramos nos sentamos y en la parte de arriba de nosotros había un letrero super lindo encima de unas rejas donde la idea es que escribas algo en un candado, el mensaje que desees y los cuelgues allí (Me encantaría ver toda esa pared llena de candados la verdad)
Del otro lado también había un letrero con una frase muy linda que por cierto me gusto mucho, la frase dice ''Nada es eterno, disfruta'' según nos contaba Julián aún le faltan muchos detalles al lugar ya que aunque le ha tomado un poquito de tiempo quiere que todo este perfecto, siento que quiere darle un aire aesthetic pero a su estilo.
We arrived and he served us himself, he placed us at a table inside the restaurant because outside there are also tables available, we entered, sat down and above us there was a super nice sign above some bars where the idea is that you write something on a padlock, the message you want and hang them there (I would love to see all that wall full of padlocks the truth).
On the other side there was also a sign with a very nice phrase that by the way I liked a lot, the phrase says ''Nothing is eternal, enjoy'' according to Julian told us he still has many details to the place because although it has taken him a little time he wants everything to be perfect, I feel that he wants to give it an aesthetic air but in his style.
Llego el mesero que nos iba a atender y nos regalo el codigo QR para ver el menú, tienen variedad en hamburguesas, asados, sándwiches, bebidas, cocteles. La verdad me llamaron mucho la atención las hamburguesas así que me fui por la chipotle acompañada de una cerveza budweiser michelada, siento que la combinación de hamburguesa + cerveza es única si aún no han tenido la oportunidad de probarla, se las recomiendo.
Me gusto mucho la combinación de salsas de la hamburguesa, lo dulce con lo picante del chipotle era una explosión de sabores para el paladar, la carne estaba jugosa y bien asada a parte de que los vegetales se sentían super frescos y por supuesto venía acompañada de sus papas fritas, muy rica la verdad.
The waiter who was going to serve us arrived and gave us the QR code to see the menu, they have a variety of burgers, roasts, sandwiches, drinks, cocktails. The truth is that the burgers caught my attention so I went for the chipotle burger accompanied by a budweiser michelada beer, I feel that the combination of burger + beer is unique, if you haven't had the opportunity to try it yet, I recommend it.
I really liked the combination of sauces on the burger, the sweet with the spicy chipotle was an explosion of flavors for the palate, the meat was juicy and well grilled and the vegetables felt super fresh and of course it came with its fries, very tasty indeed.
Mi amiga escogió una hamburguesa onion BBQ que contiene carne, tocineta, queso, vegetales frescos y salsas. A demás de eso quiso experimentar la combinación de hamburguesa + cerveza así que se pidió una smirnoff green apple michelada (No les recomendamos mucho la michelada de esta smirnoff ya que opaca su sabor dulce).
My friend chose an onion BBQ burger which contains beef, bacon, cheese, fresh vegetables and sauces. She also wanted to experience the burger + beer combination so she ordered a smirnoff green apple michelada (we don't highly recommend the michelada on this smirnoff as it overshadows the sweetness).
En lo personal me gusto mucho el restaurante, siento que si siguen con ese entusiasmo, ganas y perseverancia crecerán muchísimo más, me gusta que a pesar de a penas estar empezando lo primordial para Julián es la comodidad y satisfacción del cliente. Estoy muy ansiosa de volver nuevamente ya que me recomendaron dos hamburguesas la ''argentina'' y la ''bacon cheese''.
Es un ambiente demasiado agradable donde puedes compartir con tus amigos, tu familia, a la vez escuchar música, disfrutar de la comida, cocteles y más. Si te encuentras en el municipio de Santo Tomás no olvides pasar por este restaurante y probar sus delicias, recuerda que su nombre es Bochinche.
Personally I really liked the restaurant, I feel that if they continue with that enthusiasm, desire and perseverance they will grow a lot more, I like that even though they are just starting the main thing for Julian is the comfort and satisfaction of the customer. I am very anxious to come back again since I was recommended two burgers, the ''argentina'' and the ''bacon cheese''.
