Today I want to tell you about this spontaneous and special meeting that we had with my friends, whom I hadn't seen for a few months. Taking advantage of the unexpected good weather, we met for snack and dinner at home.

Hoy quiero contarles sobre lo que fué esta reunión espontánea y especial que hicimos con mis amigas, a quienes no veía ya hace algunos meses. Aprovechando el buen clima inesperado, nos reunimos para merendar y cenar en casa.
Here in my beloved Argentina we were going through a practically non-existent autumn, since the temperatures throughout this time remained very low, most of the days were cloudy and humid and I could say that the amount of rain that was present since then was even historic. This station started.
The last two days, to the surprise of all of us, the weather gave us a break, giving us almost spring-like temperatures, with clear skies, a sun that embraced our bodies with its warmth, and a complementary breeze that practically forced us to leave the house. our beds to enjoy every minute.
Aquí en mi querida Argentina estuvimos transitando un otoño prácticamente inexistente, pues las temperaturas durante todo este tiempo se mantuvieron muy bajas, la mayoría de los días fueron nublados y húmedos y podría decir que fue hasta histórica la cantidad de lluvias que se hicieron presentes desde que arrancó esta estación.Los últimos dos días, para sorpresa de todos nosotros, el clima nos dió un respiro, regalando unas temperaturas casi primaverales, con el cielo despejado, un sol que abrazó nuestros cuerpos con su calidez, y una brisa complementaria que prácticamente nos obligó a salir de nuestras camas para disfrutar cada minuto.
Yesterday I woke up to a message from my best friend Belén (with whom we live), asking me if I wanted to invite our friends Cintia and Priscila to have a snack at home and later have dinner too. Since finally the weather invited us to change our energies and celebrate in one way or another.
Of course I said yes, because it had been a long time since we could organize a meeting, since we all have different schedules in our obligations, which do not allow us to coincide. To the joy of all of us, I believe that the stars were on our side, because we finally agreed.
Ayer me desperté con un mensaje de mi mejor amiga Belén (con la que convivimos), preguntándome si tenía ganas de que invitemos a nuestras amigas Cintia y Priscila para merendar en casa y mas tarde cenar también. Ya que al fin el clima nos invitaba a cambiar las energías y celebrar de alguna y otra forma.Por supuesto que le dije que si, pues hacía mucho tiempo que no podíamos organizar una reunión, ya que todos tenemos horarios diferentes en nuestras obligaciones, que no nos permiten coincidir. Para alegría de todos nosotros, yo creo que los astros se pusieron de nuestro la lado, porque al fin coincidimos.
That day I got up very early, because I had some things to do with my obligations before I could take care of the house.
I had to read some theory and make summaries for my social psychology studies, I also took the opportunity to write a post for hive, I washed clothes (taking advantage of the sun), and I went to buy the necessary ingredients to cook at night.
When I returned, I put all the merchandise back in its place and was finally able to start cleaning and beautifying the house for the honorable occasion.
Ese día me levanté bien temprano, porque tenía algunas cosas que hacer con mis obligaciones antes de poder encargarme de la casa.Tenía que leer algunos teóricos y hacer resúmenes para mis estudios de psicología social, también aproveché para escribir un post para hive, lavé ropa (aprovechando el sol), y fui a comprar los ingredientes necesarios para cocinar a la noche.
Cuando volví, guardé toda la mercadería en su lugar y por fin pude comenzar a limpiar y embellecer la casa para la honorable a ocasión.
When I finished, I looked through my clothes for what I was going to wear that night and went to take a shower to, this time, beautify myself a little 😅.
Around 7pm my friends arrived.
For snack, the girls wanted to drink tea and I, as always, prepared my inflatable mate, accompanied by sweet and salty cookies to eat.
Cuando terminé, busqué entre mi ropa lo que iba a lucir en la noche y me fui a bañar para, esta vez, embellecerme un poco a mi mismo 😅.Al rededor de las 19hs llegaron mis amigas.
Para merendar, las chicas querían tomar té y yo, como siempre, me preparé mi inflable mate, acompañado de galletitas dulces y saladas para comer.
At home, I am the one who always takes care of dinner, because I love to cook, so it doesn't cause me any inconvenience to spend hours in the kitchen, I really enjoy it. And besides, my friend Belén usually arrives late from work, so by the time she gets home, the food is ready for the two of us to sit down and eat.
On this occasion, since it was special, my friend Belén wanted to take care of dinner. Recently she had the desire to learn how to cook and in this situation she wanted to do it herself. Of course I was there for whatever he needed to ask me and so we did.
He cooked Neapolitan Milanese, with French fries and salad as a garnish. They ate chicken supremes, and since I am a vegetarian, Belén wanted to cook me eggplant milanesas (they usually have extra difficulty being vegetarian, but they were exquisite).
En casa, soy yo el que siempre se encarga de la cena, pues a mí me encanta cocinar, por lo que no me genera ningún inconveniente estar horas en la cocina, realmente lo disfruto. Y aparte, mi amiga Belén, por lo general, llega tarde de su trabajo, asique para cuando ella llega a casa, la comida está lista para sentarnos a comer los dos.En esta ocasión, como era especial, mi amiga Belén quiso encargarse de la cena. Hace poco le agarró el deseo de aprender a cocinar y en esta situación quiso hacerlo ella. Por supuesto que yo estuve ahí para lo que necesitara preguntarme y así lo hicimos.
Cocinó milanesas a la napolitana, con papas fritas y ensalada como guarnición. Ellas comieron supremas de pollo, y como yo soy vegetariano, Belén quiso cocinarme milanesas de berenjenas (suelen tener un plus de dificultad al ser vegetarianas, pero las quedaron exquisitas).
The night was beautiful, we talked a lot, because we all had many things to tell since it had been so long since we had shared an afternoon or evening together and some things are better to tell in person than through messages.
We laughed a lot! We exchanged some gifts, a lot of hugs and agreed to organize to get together at least once a month, because we really enjoy the meetings. It is a time in which we escape from our daily tasks and obligations and only focus on each other's company.
La noche estuvo hermosa, conversamos muchísimos, pues todos teníamos muchas cosas que contar ya que hacía tanto tiempo que no compartíamos una tarde o noche juntos y algunas cosas son mejores contarlas en persona que por mensajes.Nos reímos muchísimo! Intercambiamos algunos regalos, muchos abrazos y quedamos en organizar para juntarnos al menos una vez al mes, porque realmente disfrutamos mucho de las reuniones. Es un rato en el que nos escapamos de nuestras tareas y obligaciones diarias y solo nos enfocamos en la mutua compañía.
