Eran días de festejos con toda una planificación logística, cada uno de mis tíos, tías, primos y hermanos sin importar la edad le asignaban una tarea en donde todos realizábamos una tarea, desde el mas chiquito hasta el mas grande formaba parte de la realización de los platillos navideños que se realizaban.

Ahora mas que nunca trato en lo mas posible mantener vigente ese legado de mi abuela con mis hijos para que ellos lo aprendan y lo sigan y lo puedan transmitir cuando estén grandes a sus hijos, es también nostálgico para mi ya que mi abuela ya no esta con nosotros y es la manera también de mantener un recuerdo feliz de cuando estaba en vida, son recuerdos felices y es por esa razón que quise compartir por este medio parte de nuestra tradición de nuestra familia, también es una manera de mantener a la familia unida a pesar de que mis hermanos se encuentran fuera del país y a través de vía telefónica nos mantenemos en contacto contándonos todos esos momentos, la verdad no me pongo tan sentimental con la idea de que no estén cerca porque se que están bien y de alguna manera eso me reconforta bastante, mi mama y mi papa siempre en contacto con mis hermanos , mis hijos también mantienen comunicación con sus tíos y primos es increíble verlos tan cerca y tan lejos. En fin estas navidades gracias dios logre una buena planificación en mi trabajo para poder disfrutar junto amis hijos y mi pareja de este mes tan fabuloso y esperado.

Finally, this Christmas, thank God I was able to achieve a good planning in my work to be able to enjoy with my children and my partner this month so fabulous and awaited.
Aquí les quiero compartir parte de lo que fue la planificación y preparación de las recetas típicas de estas festividades y que pude hacer junto con mis hijos y algunos sobrinos que llegaron de visita a compartir con notros, les dejo fotos de lo que fue la preparación del pan de jamón, las famosas hallacas, ensalada de gallina, existen otras preparaciones que existen en la mesa de los venezolanos en esta época como lo son las lentejas, asado negro, los dulces como torta negra, paneton, pero cada región de Venezuela tiene su versión de cada uno de estos platos donde pueden o no incorporar algunos o todos estos platos según sea el gusto de cada familia según su región, de mi parte y para esta navidad en mi mesa estuvo presente el pan de jamón, las hallacas tradicionales, la torta negra con frutas confitadas y la ensalada de que este año la realice de pollo por ser la comida que mas le gusta a is hijos y quise complacer en eso, espero les guste nuestras comidas típicas.
