VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL
Saludos para todos mis hiveamig@s, en esta oportunidad comparto momentos de felicidad con mi familia.
Nos reunimos el domingo 27 de agosto en casa de mi vieja hermosa, herman@s con esposas y esposos, hijos, yernas y nietos junto a la suegra o abuela.
Un "gentío", cómo dicen en mi pueblo natal de Viboral, pero la pasamos maravillosamente bien.
Preparamos cachapas y arepas de maíz raspao, por supuesto, acompañando a la famosa parrillada con pollo, morcilla y aguacate, todo una delicia.
Tratamos de reunirnos por lo menos una vez al mes para alimentar la unión familiar entre nosotros y compartir nuestros antojos de comer comida típica.
En realidad, estamos enseñando con estos momentos a nuestros hijos, quienes son la generación de relevo, a que valoren la unión familiar, además de fomentar el respeto y compañerismo entre ellos. ¡Ese día, el calor estuvo terrible! Mucha humedad y el sol no tuvo compasión de nosotros, ja ja ja, sin embargo, "aguantamos la pela" como dicen en el oriente venezolano.
Acostumbramos a colaborar para preparar la parrillada o como decimos nosotros, un "pon pon", donde cada uno dice lo que va a llevar para la preparación de la parrillada, porque de lo contrario sale muy costosa por los precios tan altos de los alimentos en mi país.
Los caballeros se encargan de asar, tomándose sus traguitos y compartiendo experiencias, así pasan su rato relajados.
Sin darnos cuenta se nos pasó el tiempo, quedando de acuerdo para reunirnos nuevamente dentro de dos semanas, Dios mediante.
A los venezolanos la vida nos ha cambiado mucho y para poder compartir en familia, en su gran mayoría, tenemos que planificarnos para ello, sin embargo, pienso que todo pasará.
Hemos sido un pueblo resiliente, solo los que estamos acá, en nuestro país, sabemos lo que significa, sin quitarle el mérito a todos los que se han ido, entre ellos está mi hijo menor, mi bebé.
Son muchísimas las familias que nos hemos quedado con un vacío en nuestros sentimientos, "en nuestros corazones", el mismo vacío que se llevan los hermanos venezolanos en su mochila al salir de nuestras fronteras.
El 27 de este mes cumple mi hijo amado, el menor, 6 años desde que salió del país, quedando nuestra familia devastada.
Con el pasar de los años aprendemos a conformarnos y a entender las razones por las que toman tal decisión.
Gracias a Dios y nuestro señor Jesucristo que mi hijo amado está bien, ha sido muy duro para mí como mamá soltar a mis dos hijos, pero era necesario hacerlo, por el bien o bienestar de ellos.
Espero poder continuar compartiendo experiencias con ustedes, amigos.
Esta comunidad se ha convertido en un escape y a la vez, terapia para mis emociones, un fuerte abrazo.

Greetings to all my hivefriends, this time I share moments of happiness with my family.
We met on Sunday 27th August at my beautiful old lady's house, brothers and sisters with wives and husbands, children, daughters-in-law and grandchildren together with the mother-in-law or grandmother.
A "crowd", as they say in my home town of Viboral, but we had a wonderful time.
We prepared cachapas and arepas de maíz raspao, of course, accompanying the famous parrillada with chicken, blood sausage and avocado, all a delight.
We try to get together at least once a month to nurture family togetherness and share our cravings for typical food.
In reality, we are teaching our children, who are the next generation, to value family togetherness, as well as fostering respect and companionship among them. That day, the heat was terrible! A lot of humidity and the sun had no mercy on us, ha ha ha, however, "we put up with it" as they say in eastern Venezuela.
We used to work together to prepare the barbecue or as we say, a "pon pon pon", where everyone says what they are going to take for the preparation of the barbecue, because otherwise it is very expensive due to the high prices of food in my country.
The gentlemen are in charge of the barbecue, having their drinks and sharing experiences, so they spend their time relaxing.
Before we knew it, the time passed, and we agreed to meet again in two weeks, God willing.
Life has changed a lot for Venezuelans and in order to be able to share as a family, most of us have to plan for it, however, I think that everything will pass.
We have been a resilient people, only those of us who are here, in our country, know what that means, without taking credit away from all those who have left, among them is my youngest son, my baby.
There are many families who have been left with an emptiness in our feelings, "in our hearts", the same emptiness that our Venezuelan brothers and sisters take with them in their backpacks when they leave our borders.
On the 27th of this month my beloved son, the youngest, will be six years since he left the country, leaving our family devastated.
Over the years we have learned to be content and to understand the reasons why they make such a decision.
Thank God and our Lord Jesus Christ that my beloved son is well, it has been very hard for me as a mother to let go of my two children, but it was necessary to do so, for the good or welfare of them.
I look forward to continuing to share experiences with you, my friends.
This community has become an escape and at the same time, therapy for my emotions, a big hug.
