On Sunday we were craving for authentic Chinese rice, not Venezuelan Chinese rice prepared at home, so my dad who doesn't like a delivery to bring the food to the house but instead prefers to go out to look for what we are going to eat and check that it is the best option for us, so he went for a rice for lunch to a restaurant called Brillo Oriental.
He brought what would be the best combo to taste as a family, inside the bag came 1/2 kg of Chinese rice, several pieces of breaded chicken, only brought a lumpia and no drink, with this we would eat 7 people (including the girls) for a cost of $ 18 if you add the drink was more expensive, so we preferred to buy a soda near the house that came out cheaper.
Once we served a plate of food for each of us, we were able to taste the delicious flavor of the Chinese rice with chives, chicken, beef and ham, the seasonings they use to bread the chicken are a sensation and the sweet and sour sauce was finger licking good, I added a lot of it to all the Chinese rice.
We were all happy with the taste and seasoning that the food had, the girls were very happy with their fried chicken, although I was particularly left wanting to eat more Chinese rice because I felt it was too little for all of us especially for my dad and brother who are the ones who devour everything they like in seconds.
Family that eats together, stays together forever, what an opportunity life gives us to at least eat together on Sundays because during the week it is impossible.

Hola familia y amigos de Hive, espero se encuentren bien y aprovecho para desearles feliz mitad de semana para todos, por otra parte deseo que este día esté lleno de momentos de calidad al lado de sus seres amados.
El domingo teníamos antojos de comer arroz chino auténtico, no arroz chino Venezolano preparado en casa, así que mi papá que no le gusta que un delivery traiga la comida hasta la casa sino que en cambio prefiere salir a buscar lo que vamos a comer y corroborar que sea la mejor opción para nosotros, así fue por un arroz para almorzar hasta un restaurante llamado Brillo Oriental.
Trajo lo que sería el mejor combo para degustar en familia, en el interior de la bolsa venía 1/2 Kg de arroz chino, varias piezas de pollo empanizado, solo traía una lumpia y sin bebida, con esto comeríamos 7 personas (incluyendo a las niñas) por un costo de 18$ si le agregaba la bebida salía más costoso, así que preferimos comprar una gaseosa cerca de la casa que salía más económica.
Una vez que servimos un plato de comida para cada uno, pudimos degustar del delicioso sabor del arroz chino con trocitos de cebollín, pollo, carne y jamón, los condimentos que utilizan para empanizar el pollo son una sensación y la salsa agridulce estaba para chuparse los dedos, yo le agregué un montón a todo el arroz chino.
Todos estábamos contentos con el sabor y la sazón que tenía la comida, las niñas estaban muy felices con su pollito frito, aunque yo particularmente quedé con ganas de comer más arroz chino porque sentía que era muy poco para todos nosotros sobretodo para mi papá y hermano que son los que devoran todo lo que les gusta en segundos.
Familia que come unida, permanece unida para siempre, que oportunidad nos da la vida de por los menos comer juntos los días domingos ya que entre semana se nos hace imposible.
