El 30 de cada mes es una fecha especial, sumamos un mes más a nuestro andar. El 30 de septiembre llegamos a los 148 meses 😂 que aunque las personas digan que es mucho tiempo yo no lo siento así, pareciera que fue ayer. Somos Novios, es la mejor época y no voy a entrar en discusiones 😄.
The 30th of every month is a special date, we add one more month to our journey. On September 30th we reached 148 months 😂 that although people say it's a long time I don't feel that way, it seems like it was yesterday. We are Boyfriend and Girlfriend, it's the best time and I'm not going to get into discussions 😄.
Volvimos al ruedo después de un largo tiempo sin visitar establecimientos públicos por el tema pandemia. Este café tiene tiempo en la ciudad, antes funcionaba en otro sitio pequeño, no tenía espacio al aire libre, estuvo cerrado en la ciudad, sin embargo, abrieron una sede en Caracas y luego regresaron nuevamente a Maracaibo, esta vez en un sitio muy lindo.
We returned to the arena after a long time without visiting public establishments due to the pandemic issue. This cafe has been in the city for a while, it used to operate in another small place, it had no outdoor space, it was closed in the city, however, they opened a branch in Caracas and then returned again to Maracaibo, this time in a very nice place.
Mi cita @carlosp18 Este día que lo visitamos no logramos sentarnos afuera porque estaba lloviendo, así que estuvimos en la parte de adentro. Tienen un menú variado de comida salada, postres, té y obviamente café.
This day that we visited it we did not manage to sit outside because it was raining, so we were inside. They have a varied menu of savory food, desserts, tea and obviously coffee.
Ordenamos un club sandwich, a mí me encanta ese pan, y a Carlos también, aunque creo que a mí me gusta más. Es un Sandwich con huevo, queso, jamón, pollo y lechuga. Tiene varios pisos o rebanadas de pan y aquí en Amelie Café es delicioso.
We ordered a club sandwich, I love that bread, and so does Carlos, although I think I like it better. It is a sandwich with egg, cheese, ham, chicken and lettuce. It has several layers or slices of bread and here at Amelie Café it is delicious.
Por mi parte lo acompañé con un café expreso y Carlos lo acompañó con un té.
For my part I accompanied it with an espresso coffee and Carlos accompanied it with a tea.
La decoración del sitio tiene un tema muy parisino 😂 sillas, mesas realmente es un sitio temático muy especial. No es lo normalmente comercial de un establecimiento. Obviamente, esto le da un plus.
The decor of the place has a very Parisian theme 😂 chairs, tables it really is a very special themed place. It's not the usual commercial stuff of an establishment. Obviously, this gives it a plus.
De hecho, en la entrada encuentras una bici muy linda en tonos pasteles, algo icónico en relación con toda la decoración del sitio y de la temática en cuestión.
In fact, at the entrance you find a very nice bike in pastel shades, something iconic in relation to the whole decor of the site and the theme in question.
Por cierto, venden unos enrollados exquisitos, antes los había probado, es un postre relleno con crema pastelera en forma de rollo con masa de hojaldre.
By the way, they sell some exquisite roll-ups, I had tried them before, it is a dessert filled with pastry cream in the shape of a roll with puff pastry dough.
Siempre disfrutamos de sitios como este, antes de la pandemia frecuentábamos casi a diario algún café, compartíamos, trabajábamos un poco, ya que ambos tenemos trabajos remotos aparte de la oficina. Sin embargo, este ha sido el regreso visitando un café después de la pandemia y confinamiento.
We always enjoy places like this, before the pandemic we frequented almost daily some cafe, we shared, we worked a little, as we both have remote jobs apart from the office. However, this has been the return to visiting a café after the pandemic and confinement.
Por aquí continuamos creando momentos agradables y construyendo lindos recuerdos. Ser felices, eso es lo que hacemos sin gastar energías en peleas que no llevan a ningún lugar. Con diferencias claras obviamente y con individualidades que se respetan. Conversando y dialogando sin cuestionamientos.
Around here we continue to create pleasant moments and build nice memories. Being happy, that's what we do without wasting energy in fights that lead nowhere. With clear differences obviously and with individualities that are respected. Talking and dialoguing without questioning.
No se a donde iremos el próximo feliz 30, aunque tengo pendiente una visita a un sitio muy especial desde hace rato, vamos a ver si se da y por supuesto que luego les comentaré.
