Preparation Of a Family Kneaded Bread on a Public Holiday
Today was a holiday here in Chile and the truth is that with this cold weather it doesn't encourage me to do many things. However, Isabel, who is like my adoptive Chilean aunt, decided to make bread today and honestly even though I don't eat flour, I couldn't help but try it since she cooks so delicious and always makes elaborate things that makes you learn step by step. But this is not a recipe post hehe, later when I make bread again, I will record the step by step of these exquisite kneaded breads. We were helping her in the kitchen and taking advantage of the heat of the oven while the whole kitchen was heated and set to a pleasant temperature for these cold days. These sharing, are the moments that remain in the memories, that's why I like to capture them, to take a little piece of those unexpected days in which we are happy with little things.

Preparando pan amasado un día feriado en familia
Hoy fue feriado aquí en Chile y la verdad que con este frío no provoca hacer muchas cosas. Sin embargo, Isabel que es como mi tía chilena adoptiva, decidió hacer pan amasado hoy y honestamente aunque no consumo harinas, no podía dejar de probarlo ya que ella cocina demasiado rico y siempre hace cosas elaboradas que provoca aprender paso a paso. Pero este no es un post de receta jeje, ya luego cuando vuelva a hacer pan, me dedicaré a grabar el paso a paso de estos exquisitos panes amasados. Estuvimos ayudándola en la cocina y aprovechando el calor del horno mientras se calentaba y ambientaba toda la cocina a una temperatura agradable para estos días tan fríos. Estos compartir, son los momentos que quedan en los recuerdos, por eso me gusta capturarlos, para llevarme un pedacito de esos días inesperados en los que somos felices con pequeñas cosas.
