Hola amigos, espero que estén muy bien y disfrutando de este día feriado. En esta ocasión vengo a contarles sobre un momento familiar muy especial, y fue cuando finalmente nos reencontramos con mi hermano y mi primo a quien no veiamos hace casi un año. Después de tener listo nuestros papeles en Boa Vista, empezó el viaje hacia Santa Catarina, el cuál fue bastante largo, ya que prácticamente tuvimos que cruzar todo Brasil, desde el norte hasta el sur, pero felizmente llegamos.
Hello friends, I hope you are very well and enjoying this holiday. This time I come to tell you about a very special family moment, and it was when we finally reunited with my brother and my cousin whom we did not see for almost a year. After getting our papers ready in Boa Vista, we started the trip to Santa Catarina, which was quite long, since we practically had to cross all of Brazil, from the north to the south, but happily we arrived.
Salimos de Boa Vista en un autobús un miércoles a las 6:30 de la tarde rumbo a Manaos, estado de Amazonas. Antes de salir nos despedimos de nuestro guía al cual le estamos muy agradecidos por toda la atención que tuvo con nosostros. El autobús estaba muy cómodo, hasta podíamos cargar el celular y podía apreciar como iba cayendo la noche por la ventana. Fue un largo viaje de 11 horas aproximadamente, pero la mayor parte del tiempo íbamos dormidos.
We left Boa Vista in a bus on a Wednesday at 6:30 in the evening on our way to Manaos, state of Amazonas. Before leaving we said goodbye to our guide to whom we are very grateful for all the attention he gave us. The bus was very comfortable, we could even charge the cell phone and we could see how the night was falling through the window. It was a long trip of about 11 hours, but most of the time we were asleep.
Al llegar a Manaos, estuvimos descansando todo el día en una casa de huéspedes y a las 12 de la noche nos llevaron hacia el aeropuerto. De ahí tuvimos que tomar 3 aviones, ya que era un vuelo con escalas. Para que decirles, la pasé un poco mal cada vez que el avión aterrizaba ya que me dolían mucho los oídos, fueron muchas horas de vuelos y escalas y la verdad es que no pudimos dormir mucho. Aquí les dejo algunas fotos en los diferentes aeropuertos en dónde estuvimos.
When we arrived in Manaos, we rested all day in a guesthouse and at 12 o'clock at night we were taken to the airport. From there we had to take 3 planes, as it was a flight with stopovers. To tell you, I had a hard time every time the plane landed because my ears hurt a lot, there were many hours of flights and stopovers and the truth is that we could not sleep much. Here are some pictures of the different airports where we were.
Cuando nos bajamos del último avión y llegamos a Florianópolis eran alrededor de las 3 de la mañana, y a esa hora nos fuimos para la terminal de ómnibus, pues teníamos pasaje para primera hora en la mañana, y allí en los asientos de la terminal tratamos de dormir un poco.
When we got off the last plane and arrived in Florianopolis it was around 3 am, and at that time we went to the bus terminal, as we had tickets for first thing in the morning, and there in the seats of the terminal we tried to get some sleep.
Este otro viaje duró como 3 horas, y finalmente llegamos al tan deseado destino, a la ciudad de Corupá en dónde mi hermano y mi primo nos estaban esperando. Al verlos la emoción fue muy grande, los abrazamos mucho y luego nos llevaron para la casa. Después de tantos días de viaje se sintió muy bien poder verlos y estar todos juntos en familia de nuevo.
This other trip lasted about 3 hours, and finally we arrived at our desired destination, the city of Corupá, where my brother and my cousin were waiting for us. When we saw them we were very excited, we hugged them a lot and then they took us home. After so many days of traveling it felt great to see them and to be all together as a family again.
