Jehovah's eyes will always be attentive to the prayer of a righteous person as the Bible confirms that when the righteous cry out, God hears them and delivers them from all their troubles
I have to suppose that when we need a miracle we are always distressed
When the situation overwhelms us, we must come before him with humility and ask him what he intends to do in that situation, listen to the voice of God and pay attention to it, since the first thing we have to do before asking for the miracle is to know the will of God. and base our prayer on that
When we pray to God we are generally inviting the holy spirit to take control of the situation and already in action of the holy spirit then he will follow us the way we need to ask for the miracle in our lives
God always gave us examples of faith and trust so that we would believe in him in difficult times and He also gave us authority to speak the word as authority.
Matthew 10: 1
Then calling his twelve disciples, he gave them authority over the unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all sickness and disease.

This authority not only did God with his disciples but with all the people who believe and obey him walking in his truth he gave us all authority so that in his name we could make fulfill his promises
This is important to believe because many times God only needs to work a miracle is that we use his authority and say the word for the miracle to take place
We can see miracles if we believe and just by giving the word with authority in the name of Jesus Christ it will be done because we also remember that Jesus said that anyone who had faith and asked would be done...
