That's not the point, however. The sling is a lethal military tool in talented hands – and David has been digging for long periods in herds to use his way against the predators who are undermining his racing.
The truth is, although the strength of David comes from his complete faith in the Lord, his God helps him, the Giant trusts in his energy. David therefore conquers his daily fear for the mammoth because he knows that his God is more than the goliath.
What do you have to face? Have you immobilized your feelings of fear? You just anticipate that the monsters are against you?
