The truth about relationship is that you can't give what you don't have. It's hard to love another when you don't even love yourself. Make it your duty this new year to love yourself because only then can you give your best and attract the love you think you deserve.
There are some things way beyond our control. We all crave for love and attention. We all feel on top of the world when we are loved and we could feel it, but the truth is not everyone would love or like you, no matter how much you force it or try. You need to have the courage to let things you can’t control go.
When some don’t feel loved, they crumble. They lash out. They lose every sense of worth and feel they are not good enough. Being rejected doesn’t have anything to do with personal attack sometimes. It might be about the other person who doesn’t like you, and not necessarily you (We have a different mood, attitude and feelings). I am sure we are not designed to wake up every day looking for who to impress.

People might not like you for various reasons. It might be because you have a different value system, it might be because they don’t fancy your approach sometimes, it might be because there is no mutual ground in term of attitudes, hobbies and it might even be based on competition. Of course, people choose different reasons why they don’t like another person but let them deal with that and do not be bothered about trying to win them over to your side. It's perfectly okay because not everyone would like you.
You can create a good impression, but it doesn't necessarily translate into likeness.
When you feel a negative vibe from someone, find a common ground and seek for peace, but after doing this and nothing changes, let it be. Don’t live your life trying to impress another person, whom you might still never win over in the long run. Would you rather force a relationship or friendship with someone and in the long run endure a lifetime of misery? It would shatter you. Weigh your options well and see with your eyes rather than your heart.
The truth is, you cannot please everyone. One of the many roads to failure is when you try to please everyone. Always do whatever gives you conscience clear enough to sleep at night. Love yourself at least.
