The Bible says that we can ask for anything in the name of Jesus, and we will receive it. (John 14:13.)

Ask, and do not receive, because you do not ask for good, but to use for your desires. (James 4: 3)

And here is the audacity that we have for Him, that when we ask for something according to His will, He listens to us. (1 John 5:14)

When praying it may seem that what we are praying is not happening, or is happening, but not as fast as we expected, so we must understand the will of God.

God's will for us is that we do not perish, but rather repent. (2 Peter 3: 9)

In other words, we can say that He wants us to be saved from our sins, that is why we encounter various circumstances in our lives. Despite the fact that our human minds often cannot understand this, every situation in our lives is an opportunity to be saved from sin.

Perhaps we wonder: Why did this happen to me? "However, this attitude will only lead to anxiety and dark thoughts. Whatever happens in our lives, we can be at peace and be thankful because we know that God saves us. through these circumstances.

When we cry out to God for help, do we want to find a way out of circumstances or do we want to be saved in these circumstances? Instead of asking: God, make these tests end.

You may ask: God, show how I can be saved here.

Show me why you brought me here. So, for example, it can indicate a lack of love for the people around us, impatience, envy or other things that live in our flesh. The reason for our prayers should be the desire to fulfill the will of God, especially in our lives, and then in our prayers for other people.

We don't know which is the best, but we can be sure that God knows. He can save us (Heb. 7:25)

Let us reveal our desires before God (Phil. 4: 6), but that our main desire is to fulfill His will in our lives.

That was Jesus' wish. However, it is not my will, but yours. (Luke 22:42)

Jesus said before being crucified: “My soul has now been indignant; and what should I say Father. Deliver me from this hour! But for this hour I have come. Father! Glorify your name! (John 12: 27-28)

Jesus did not pray in prayer that God would save him from the circumstances he was in, but that God would save him in these circumstances. These are the student's thoughts. Despite what we encountered along the way, our thoughts should be, "Lord, help me escape!" When we pray for this, we know that he listens to us. He will show us what we should be saved from and what we should be purified from.

We can, for example, pray for healing, and it is often difficult for us to understand why what we ask for does not always happen. However, perhaps God is using this situation to show us our anxiety, unbelief or to expose the sin that lives in our flesh. Not everyone gets healed, but everyone can be saved! We can find comfort in the fact that He will not give us more than we can bear. (1 Cor. 10:13)

If we understand what God's will is for us, then we don't think we were born for "such a good life" or to live comfortably. We are here to receive salvation! If this is our goal, then we can be sure that He hears our prayers.

All prayer is answered prayer. God answers prayers as yes, no, or wait.

God brings difficulties into the lives of believers so that we can grow spiritually. We shouldn't look in the Bible for ways we can get what we want from God. On the contrary, we should be praying for other people much more than we pray for ourselves.
