Trust in God.

Greetings, Christian brothers. Trust in God is a gift from God that is served as the fruit of prayer. We must constantly pray to the Lord to strengthen our faith.

Understand that faith is a virtue, and trust in God too, so both are the gifts of God. For that reason, we must constantly pray to the Lord to strengthen faith.

But it is relatively easy to believe, now there are practically no unbelievers. Atheists exist, but those who consciously consider themselves atheists are only a small percentage.

There are many believers. But believing in God and trusting God are fundamentally different states. Now, if you understand, but, once again, understanding is somewhat superficial, and we are talking about something deeper, then, if you understand that the Lord is the omnipotent loving and perfect Person, that the Lord cares about you sinful, though you are so insignificant, little, that the Lord cares for each one of us, that the Lord provides each of us, the Lord desires good for each one of us and lets the path that leads to this good not coincide With our ideas. It just says that our ideas are distorted, but you are ready to go this way, this means trusting in the Lord.

Such trust must be prayed to the Lord.

... King David has wonderful words: "Tell me, Lord, the way, I will descend like this, I will take you my soul" - "Show me, Lord, the way I must follow, because I gave you my soul" (Psalm 142: 8) .

Here, surrender your soul to the Lord. This is a complete trust, like King David's: wherever you go, I will go there, I absolutely believe in you, no doubt, without thinking. But at the same time you need to have some kind of pure soul to feel: the Lord guides you, not your problems.

To learn to believe and trust in God, we must learn to sincerely turn to Him as the Father. Openness to God willingly accepts his will and leads to trust. But a person stops trusting God when he trusts only in himself, when he thinks he will organize his life better.

Trust in God is strengthened as one progresses spiritually. This is facilitated by the experience of the prayers you heard, when you asked seriously and the Lord answered you, you really presented what you were looking for and what you asked for. But we often make a mistake by stubbornly demanding that God fulfill one or the other of our desires. We do not always understand what is useful to us. Only the Lord God knows exactly what we need at one time or another in our lives.

We must not tell God how to save us. In prayer, it is important not to demand, but to ask God for help, this means that we should not tell God how to save us. In prayer, it is important not to recklessly demand: "Give this and that, do this and that", but it is important that you entrust yourself to the hands of God in every prayer plea, ask for help, if it is pleasing to his holy will, to ask to solve the difficult situation in the way that is useful and saving for us.
