Saludos amigos de Hive y SWC mi nombre es Abraham Sánchez (@abrahamjsr), y hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes uno de los ejercicios estático conocido dentro de la disciplina Street Workout como la Plancha, es un estático para mí muy complejo y complicado de ejecutar ya que no tengo mucha fuerza en los hombros y se me complica mucho aguantar sus progresiones.
Greetings friends of Hive and SWC my name is Abraham Sanchez (@abrahamjsr), and today I come to share with you one of the static exercises known within the discipline Street Workout as the Plancha, is a static for me very complex and complicated to execute since I do not have much strength in the shoulders and it is very difficult for me to hold their progressions.
Para lograr dicho estático como lo es la plancha es necesario que comprendamos la técnica que debemos emplear y la fuerza de palanca que es obligatoria para la correcta ejecución de el estático mencionado anteriormente, ya que debemos alinear nuestros hombros, cadera y tobillos mientras que mantenemos un grado de inclinacion.
To achieve such a static as the plank it is necessary that we understand the technique we must use and the leverage force that is mandatory for the correct execution of the aforementioned static, as we must align our shoulders, hips and ankles while maintaining a degree of inclination.
