Heyyy muy buenas a todossss wuaaaapisimos, aquí el amigo andreuw trayendoles el día a día, como siempre, el dia de hoy les traigo de nuevo variaciones de flexiones!.
Solo que está vez, poniendo a todos( #SWC Y a FORTISW en alto 🔆) y creyendo en mi, ante todo pronóstico, quería mostrar una rutina amplia de varios ejercicios.
Pero como grabé mis series de flexiones al fallo, y quería traerles este post primero antes que los demas, primero empecé con flexiones rusas 3Xfallo.
Luego retome con flexiones con aplauso 2xfallo, procediendo con flexiones en cadera 2xfallo, y al final, flexiones militares 🦖🧟♂️, joder que wuacha.
Ando avanzando de manera grande y de forma continua como es debido, y el prime se viene ojo 👁️, mientras más ando viendo nuevas partes de este mundo mucho mejor para mí experiencia personal, #SWC y FORTISW,Dejandoles en alto y ante todo dando la talla por mi mismo como es debido.
