Helping the boys train planche.
Hola a todos mis queridos amigos, el post de hoy será sobre algunas fotografías de los muchachos de "Clandistenia" haciendo algunos ejercicios de planche que yo les puse, ayer en la tarde fui al parque para seguir apoyando a los muchachos con sus entrenamientos y estaban dispuestos a entrenar planche, así que les puse una serie de ejércitos combinados que los ayudará a progresar con la plancha, debemos recordar que para cualquier estático es importante pasar por sus respectivas progresiones y en el parque hay algunos que ya tienen la fuerza suficiente como para hacer planche pero les falta técnica, como todo hay algunos que pueden hacer los ejercicios de acuerdo con su nivel pero otros no ya que nunca han entrenado los ejercicios con respecto a la plancha de forma correcta, la satisfacción que me quedo es que a muchos les gustó el entrenamiento y que sentían que los ejercicios les pegaba en las partes donde más les hace falta fortalecer.
