Varios estarán de acuerdo conmigo en lo siguiente 😁 el pino es el primer estático en aprender, al menos de la mayoría, para mi fue el primero, me tomo aprender lo 1 mes entero, quiero decir que yo nunca hice progresiones😂 solo practique el movimiento y la posición de las manos😎
Para los calistenicos el pino representa el primer reto, la primera progresión, el primer paso hacia un mundo de muchas progresiones y muchos estáticos😎. Los calistenicos le tenemos amor y respeto al pino porque a pesar de ser un básico en estáticos, representa el comienzo, y bueno seamos honestos, el pino en verdad se ve increíble😎
Several will agree with me on the following 😁 the pino is the first static to learn, at least for most, for me it was the first, it took me to learn it 1 whole month, I mean I never did progressions😂 I just practiced the movement and the position of the hands😎.
For calisthenics the handstand represents the first challenge, the first progression, the first step into a world of many progressions and many statics😎. We calisthenics have love and respect for the handstand because despite being a basic in statics, it represents the beginning, and well let's be honest, the handstand really looks amazing😎.
