Después de haber viajado con mi familia al estado Táchira vuelvo con las energías recargadas para seguir entrenando calistenia y seguir mejorando y creciendo en esta hermosa disciplina.
After traveling with my family to the state of Táchira, I return with recharged energy to continue training calisthenics and continue improving and growing in this beautiful discipline.
La rutina que escogí para empezar esta semana fue una de ejercicios básicos, para asi poder ir agarrando nivel de nuevo y empezar mis próximos objetivos este 2024.
The routine I chose to start this week was a basic exercise routine, so I could start to get back on track and start my next goals for 2024.
Los ejercicios que realice fueron:
5 muscle ups.
15 pull ups.
25 dips.
10 burpees.
20 push ups.
25 squat.
The exercises I performed were:
5 muscle ups.
15 pull ups.
25 dips.
10 burpees.
20 push ups.
25 squat.
