Saludos amigos de la blockchain de #Hive y #SWC En esta ocacion les comparto algunas fotografías de mi dia de estáticos los cuales los tengo en practica. El front lever lo tengo muy bien dominado pronto lo tendré a un solo brazo. La plancha stradert si la tengo que mejorar bastante pero aun así en tenido bastante progreso con ese estático, El back lever tambien lo tengo bien dominado, lo único que me cuesta es hacer las pull ups pero pronto las tendre dominadas.
