Traction Training
De nuevo sean bienvenidos a una de mis publicaciones, el día de hoy me tocó entrenar un poco de tracción, solo un poco ya que es mi segundo día de entrenamiento luego de dos meses sin entrenar, cómo ven en el vídeo no hago mucho pero poco a poco iré recuperando con cada entrenamiento. Once again welcome to one of my publications, today I had to train a little traction, just a little because it is my second day of training after two months without training, as you can see in the video I do not do much but little by little I will recover with each workout.
También quiero decirles que luego de muchos años de nuevo vuelvo a tener una pc, aunque me falta comprar el monitor por lo cual no la tengo uso, solo quiero compartir este logro con ustedes ya que para mí es algo que me emociona mucho el poder editar videos para esta plataforma desde una pc. I also want to tell you that after many years I have a pc again, although I still need to buy the monitor so I don't have it, I just want to share this achievement with you because for me it is something that excites me a lot to be able to edit videos for this platform from a pc.
Los componentes que tiene la pc son: Intel Core i5 4570, 6gb RAM, gráfica AMD Radeon Rx 570 4gb, y almacenamiento hdd, por ahora eso es lo que hay, y con el pasar del tiempo quiero ir mejorando los componentes solo si es necesario. The components that the pc has are: Intel Core i5 4570, 6gb RAM, AMD Radeon Rx 570 4gb graphics, and hdd storage, for now that's all there is, and as time goes by I want to upgrade the components only if necessary.
