Hola, amigos de Hive y SWC, el día de hoy les comparto un nuevo desafío que estoy llevando a cabo.
El desafío consiste en realizar un Handstand bruja (Handstand agarre cruzado) y hacer una transición a Handstand a una mano, la verdad es un desafío con un alto nivel de dificultad, en mi primer día intentándolo no lo logré, pero fui entendiendo el movimiento y como hacer la transición poco a poco, me falta es tener un poco más de control y balance a la hora de cambiar de Handstand bruja a Handstand a una mano, pero como dice en el título esto apenas comienza, ya que solo es el día 1, semanalmente estaré subiendo un video con mi progreso en ese desafío hasta poder lograrlo y bueno también los invito a sumarse a este desafío.
