Como están muchachos paso por aquí mostrándoles mi progreso y bueno empezamos el entrenamiento con unas dos pull-ups de Front-level en agarre cerrado, continuando lo con dos press, bueno si sentí que domine un poco el ejercicio, digo un poco porque la técnica todavía me falta mejorar la bastante.
Hey guys, I'm just stopping by to show you my progress. Well, we started training with two front-level pull-ups with a closed grip, followed by two presses. I felt like I had mastered the exercise a little, and I say a little because my technique still needs a lot of improvement.
Después el siguiente ejercicio fueron pull-ups pero en tuck adv y me enfoque en el volumen, trate de hacer entre 7 o 9 repeticiones y con un aguante al final, este último mes me he enfocado en entrenar así para poder ir ganando volumen en el Front-level y sus pull-ups.
The next exercise was pull-ups, but in tuck adv, and I focused on volume. I tried to do between 7 and 9 reps and hold at the end. This past month, I've focused on training this way so I can gain volume in the front level and pull-ups.
