Saludos amigos de SWC y Hive, en esta oportunidad les quiero mostrar algunas fotografías de lo que fue mi entrenamiento corto en la sala de mi residencia. Aún sigo mal del hombro así que solo hice una rutina corta de bíceps haciendo movimientos básicos, y para aprovechar para tomarme algunas fotos con las prendas que me obsequio @manuelramos. ¡Agradecerle por este gesto, orgulloso y con las ganas de sacar mi máximo potencial! Espero pronto poder estar al 100% recuperado para traerles mucho contenido de calidad y seguir dándolo todo en cada entrenamiento.
