Saludos amigos de Hive, como me les va? espero que se encuentren muy bien, les comparto algunos entrenamiento de handstand que hice en el parque Las Ballenitas, no me salió tan bien como esperaba, pero poco a poco vamos mejorando las técnicas y el control de nuestro peso corporal, con mucha disciplina y esfuerzo todo se puede. y para completar hice algunos ejercicios de flexiones en handstand, si pude controlar hasta abajo más me costó subirlo de tanto tiempo que dejé de intentarlo, perdí mucha fuerza y control, pero igual seguimos con mucho entrenamiento se puede recuperar la fuerza y la técnica. El handstand, o parada de manos, es una postura en la que el cuerpo se mantiene en posición vertical, boca abajo, con las manos apoyadas en el suelo como única base de sustentación. Es una habilidad que requiere fuerza, equilibrio y coordinación y como podemos apreciar fue una tarde muy bonita y pensé en tomarme una fotografía muy buena el atardecer el cielo despejado y hermosa la tarde fue una maravilla bueno es todo por hoy, Feliz noche.
