En esta oportunidad les comparto algunas fotografías de mi breve entrenamiento en casa, aproveché que tenía un poco de tiempo en la mañana antes de empezar mis deberes del hogar e hice un poco de empuje en minis paralelas, en Tuck Planche y algunas variaciones de Tuck's.
