Perform the BARSPIN (backwards) with these 4 steps [ESP|ENG]
Hello how are you my people from #hive and #swc I hope you are very well. In this opportunity I want to share with you 4 steps to achieve this dynamic element called BARSPIN, but this time, "backwards" It is one of the first that we managed to do in this sport, and which we will use in competitions as connectors to other elements. I managed to do it in one day, about 2 hours of practice, if you need assistance you can ask for it, it doesn't hurt. Now yes, let's go with the content boys and girls, women can also make this type of element.
GIRO EN BARRA
BARSPIN
The Barspin is a calisthenics trick that consists of doing several turns on the bar supporting the elbows or forearms and raising the knees while leaning back or forward. It can be done forwards or backwards, but backwards is easier. It is a beginner level trick that relies primarily on roll, momentum, and momentum. The muscles involved are the abdominals, the dorsal, the triceps and the rear deltoid.
PASOS | STEPS
1. KEEP THE BODY WITH THE FOREARMS. This is simply to strengthen that area that we will use as an apollo, since at first it tends to bother a bit.
2. BALANCEO.
2. SWINGING. We simply place ourselves above the bar, supporting our forearms and lower abdomen and swinging, bringing our legs back, generating a kind of rebound when returning.
3. AGRUPAR Y AGARRAR FEMORALES.
3. PLUCH AND GRAB HAMMERS. This will help us understand the correct backwards barspin technique, we just have to bring our knees to the chest and at the top we grab our hamstrings.
4. CABECEO HACIA ATRAS (AGRUPADO).
4. PIT BACKWARDS (PLUCKED). Here what we will do is, already having the hamstrings grabbed, we let ourselves fall backwards, making a kind of nod. But this gesture must be accompanied by all our upper body. It is what gives us speed. And ready my people, and with that we would achieve the BARSPIN backwards, this being easier than the forward one, we can get it out in about 5 to 10 minutes at most.
Without more to add, I hope you liked the post. It remains to remember that before each training session it is essential to warm up for at least 20 minutes, since this way we will perform even more in each training session. See you in a next post.
