Plank workout
Hola, amigo. El día de hoy le quiero compartir lo que fue mi entrenamiento de hoy. En esta ocasión, entrené plancha y ya completé mi segundo entrenamiento de plancha de esta semana. Por los momentos, estoy entrenando a la semana 4 veces: 2 veces front lever y 2 veces plancha para no sobrecargar la muñeca.
Bueno, lo que realicé en este entrenamiento de hoy fue lo siguiente: comencé con aguantes en tuck advance; hice en total 4 sets, aguantando 5 segundos en cada uno. El segundo ejercicio que hice fueron negativas y presses de tuck; en total hice 2 presses + 1 negativa. Como último ejercicio, hice flexiones en tuck planche; la verdad, estas me costaron bastante. Hice solo 10 repeticiones + 5 segundos de aguante al final, pero perdí mucha progresión, así que tengo que mejorar eso.
Bueno, amigos, eso fue todo lo que realicé en este entrenamiento. Recordando que aún me estoy recuperando de la muñeca, me fastidió bastante en el entrenamiento de hoy. Es algo que me limita mucho, pero no hay excusas; solo queda ser paciente y perseverante. ¡Hasta el próximo blog! 💪🇻🇪
Hi, friend. Today I want to share with you what my workout was like. This time, I did a planch workout and I've already completed my second planch workout of the week. Currently, I'm training four times a week: two front levers and two planches to avoid overloading my wrist. Well, what I did in this workout today was the following: I started with tuck forward holds; I did a total of four sets, holding for five seconds each. The second exercise I did was negatives and tuck presses; I did two presses and one negative. As a final exercise, I did tuck planche push-ups; honestly, these were quite difficult for me. I only did 10 reps plus a five-second hold at the end, but I lost a lot of progress, so I need to improve on that. Well, friends, that was all I did in this workout. Keeping in mind that my wrist is still recovering, it really bothered me in today's workout. It's something that limits me greatly, but there are no excuses; I just have to be patient and persevere.
