5 pull ups -5 segundos -5 press de tuck advance, aunque ya en los press ya no tengo casi fuerza y me cuesta un poco
Y mi tercer combo:
3 segundos tuck advance + press (3 reps)
Luego tome un respiro y comencé con mi rutina específica que es la siguiente:
3 series de 3 negativas de Straddle front
2 series de 15 segundos de tuck advance
1 serie máximo de dominadas supinas (básicas)
