Hola, espero se encuentren bien amigos de la comunidad de #Liketu y #SWC! Hoy les compartire una serie de ejercicios breves que pueden realizar para que mejoren su Front lever, aproveche y pase por el primer parque de calistenia que construimos hace un tiempo con ayuda de unos amigos, aquí fue donde empezó todo, dónde tome la decisión de empezar a entrenar calistenia, me trajo mucha nostalgia ya que tenia tiempo sin venir a este parque, un poco pequeño la verdad😂, les dejo esta rutina combinada también con un poco de básicos, a mí me ayudó mucho a mejorar mi front lever, espero les ayude esta gran rutina.
