Saludos comunidad de #liketu y #SWC , Soy Jesús Ramírez, (@jesus1sw), el día de hoy les voy a mostrar lo que fue un pequeño entrenamiento en el Parque "Fundación Mendoza" fui al parque como a las 5:30 pm, estaba pensando que iba a entrenar hoy, entrene un rato freestyle luego de eso, entrene un poco de estáticos,me sentí cómodo ya que tenía una liga de entrenamiento, entrene el front lever ONE ARM,es muy difícil mantener el front lever así, pero bueno con constancia todo se logra, también entrene Straddle, estoy en proceso de sacar la plancha ya que es un estático que deseo tener, también marque la full planche con mucha asistencia la verdad 😂, pero bueno todo es un proceso poco a poco iré subiendo mi nivel,tanto en estáticos como en freestyle,luego en otro post les traere algunas fotos haciendo freestyle.
