Saludos amigos de esta gran comunidad #liketu y #SWC, soy @jesus1sw, y hoy compartiré con todos ustedes algunos estiramientos con banda elastica y algunas progresiones de front lever, es muy importante realizar estos estiramientos ya que nos ayudara mucho a no tener molestias en nuestro cuerpo y también evitamos lesiones, que para nosotros los atletas una lesión es lo peor que nos puede pasar por eso siempre hay que calentar antes de iniciar los entrenamientos, también unas dos progresiones de front lever en paralelas y en barra fija, la cual nos ayudara a entender más la postura de dicho ejercicio.

Greetings friends of this great community #liketu and #SWC, I'm @jesus1sw, and today I will share with all of you some stretching with elastic band and some front lever progressions, it is very important to perform these stretches as it will help us a lot to not have discomfort in our body and also avoid injuries, for us athletes an injury is the worst thing that can happen to us so we must always warm up before starting training, also two front lever progressions in parallel and fixed bar, which will help us to understand more the posture of the exercise.
