Saludos comunidad de #Liketu y #SWC, soy yo de nuevo @jesus1sw, estaré compartiendo en este post mi entrenamiento de plancha, como he dicho en post anteriores, estare trayendo este contenido de mi progreso en la Straddle Planche, en este entrenamiento me senti sólido, ya que pude levantar la plancha en piso y con buena técnica, solo me falta un poco mas de fuerza para hacerla tranquilamente.

Greetings #Liketu and #SWC community, it's me again @jesus1sw, I will be sharing in this post my planche workout, as I said in previous post, I will be bringing this content of my progress in the Straddle Planche, in this workout I felt solid, since I could lift the planche on floor and with good technique, I just lack a little more strength to do it quietly.
