He mejorado mucho la fluidez y los giros. Estoy muy emocionado, ya estoy más cerca del swing 720 y supra 540, el supra 540 lo voy a descansar unos días ya que el hombro me está doliendo un poco.
El geinger lo he mejorado también ya lo caigo mejor. Antes me golpeaba mucho con la barra en los antebrazos y el bíceps.

Hello friends of the #SWC community. Today I share with you some pictures where I do dynamics.
I have improved a lot the fluidity and the turns. I'm very excited, I'm closer to the swing 720 and supra 540, the supra 540 I'm going to rest a few days because my shoulder is hurting a little.
I have also improved the geinger and I fall better. I used to hit my forearms and biceps a lot with the bar.
