Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC. En esta oportunidad compartiré con ustedes algunas fotos de mi entrenamiento con @bertnez el día de ayer.

In this opportunity I will share with you some pictures of my training with @bertnez yesterday.
Llegamos al parque y @bertnez se fue a su casa a cambiarse mientras yo me quede calentando, luego llego y nos pusimos a darle freestyle nosotros dos sólos, invitamos a compañeros pero llegaron tarde, de verdad que a él le cuesta mucho lo girar en esta barra por qué agarre tan grueso, a mí no se me dificulta tanto pero aveces si siento la comodidad, ayer me sentia liviano pero no estaba girando tan bien como normalmente lo hago, ayer practique mucho lo que son las combinaciones incluyendo dinamicos estaticos y movimientos de poder, debido a que se vibe la próxima competencia en la que voy a participar, hoy no entrene porque mañana voy a participar en un torneo de lucha de brazos, creo que soy muy inexperto pero intentare ganar mañana.
We arrived to the park and @bertnez went to his house to change while I was warming up, then he arrived and we started to freestyle just the two of us, we invited some friends but they arrived late, it's really hard for him to spin on this bar because of the thick grip, for me it's not that hard but sometimes I feel the comfort, Yesterday I felt light but I wasn't spinning as well as I normally do, yesterday I practiced a lot of combinations including static dynamics and power moves, because of the upcoming competition in which I will participate, today I didn't train because tomorrow I will participate in an arm wrestling tournament, I think I'm very inexperienced but I will try to win tomorrow.
Ya se que categoría voy a participar en la legens of the bars, entraré en la categoría semi - profesional porque he tenido muy poco tiempo de preparación y se que tal vez en esta ocasión no este a la altura de los profesionales, estoy muy bien en dinámicos pero la verdad me cuestan mucho los estáticos, tengo planeado ir a Maracay en unas semanas para practicar algunos días en las barras de allá y de esa manera adaptarme mejor a la competencia. Aún debo conseguir el dinero para viajar y pagar la inscripción, espero poder progresar mucho y ojalá me valla muy bien en la competencia.
I already know what category I will participate in the legens of the bars, I will enter in the semi-professional category because I have had very little time of preparation and I know that maybe this time I will not be at the height of the professionals, I am very good in dynamic but the truth is that I have a hard time in static, I plan to go to Maracay in a few weeks to practice a few days in the bars there and that way I can adapt better to the competition. I still have to get the money to travel and pay the registration fee, I hope I can make a lot of progress and hopefully I can do very well in the competition.
