Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC. En esta oportunidad compartiré con ustedes algunas fotografías de mi noche de práctica de trucos y combinaciones.

This time I will share with you some pictures of my practice night of tricks and combinations.
El día de ayer fui a entrenar al parque a eso de las 6:00 am para variar un poco y también lo hice para asegurar el entrenamiento de freestyle, decidí ir temprano para aprovechar porque como está lloviendo seguido, pensé que en la tarde iba a llover entonces como se aniega el parque no provoca hacer nada porque todo está húmedo y charcos en todos lados, el la mañana hice un poco de dinámicos e hice unas combinaciones que tengo planeado hacer en la competencia, tengo que terminar de dominar los combos porque aveces fallo porque la barra no ayuda, solo seguiré practicando para hacer lo que pueda, se que todo va a salir bien con el favor de Dios.
Yesterday I went to practice in the park at about 6: 00 am for a change and I also did it to ensure the freestyle training, I decided to go early to take advantage because as it is raining often, I thought it was going to rain in the afternoon so as the park is flooded I can't do anything because everything is wet and there are puddles everywhere, In the morning I did a bit of dynamic and did some combinations that I plan to do in the competition, I have to finish mastering the combos because sometimes I fail because the bar doesn't help, I will just keep practicing to do what I can, I know that everything will go well with God's favour.
Entonces en la tarde me sentía con un poco de energía y tome la decisión de ir al parque a terminar de dar mi resto, osea para terminar de quemar la plancha, además entrene con zapatos, estaba más pesado aún pero tengo que acostumbrarme para cuando me quite el peso, sentirme más liviano, hoy trataré de hacer hefesto, abdomen y un poco de front, ando muy fatigado vernos como me va mañana estaré subiendo contenido sobre el entrenamiento de hoy, tenía ganas de ir a hacer lucha de brazos porque hoy toca sparring, pero como estoy enfocado ahora en la competencia decidí darle prioridad a mis entrenamientos de Street Workout.
Then in the afternoon I felt with a little bit of energy and I decided to go to the park to finish my rest, I mean to finish burning the iron, I also trained with shoes, I was even heavier but I have to get used to it so when I take off the weight, I feel lighter, today I will try to do hefesto, Today I will try to do hefesto, abdominal and a little bit of front, I am very tired, see how I do tomorrow I will be uploading content about today's workout, I wanted to do arm wrestling because today is sparring, but as I am focused now on the competition I decided to give priority to my Street Workout workouts.
