-Los dinámicos son ejercicios sobre giros, vueltas, acrobacias y todo lo que tiene que ver movimiento con tu propio peso corporal.

• Los ejercicios estáticos o isométricos en la Calistenia son aquellos en donde el atleta permanece es la misma posición durante ja ejecución del elemento.
