Fue el último entrenamiento de combos y se nos unieron @Stephen-swc, @Miguelgabriel-sw. Mi entrenamiento fue de combos mientras que los muchachos si tenían algo preparado, a partir de esta semana volvieron los entrenamientos de rutinas divididas de front lever y plancha

Greetings friends of the OCD Good morning fellow athletes of this community! I'm here to tell you about these last few days of combo training with @kley-sw. It was our final combo workout, and we were joined by @Stephen-swc and @Miguelgabriel-sw. My workout focused on combos, while the guys had something else prepared. Starting this week, we're back to split training with front lever and plank routines.
