La Full Planche es un truco que demuestra un alto nivel de fuerza y control corporal. Incluso aquellos que no entrenan Calistenia quedan asombrados ante cualquier atleta que ejecute este.
Uno de mis objetivos cuando inicie en éste deporte era conseguir la full planche lo cual ya logré ahora mi nuevo objetivo es dominar la full planche.
