









Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC,Hola hivers , hoy les traigo un entrenamiento de básicos ,estos son fundamentales ya que estos son la base de nuestro entrenamientos.para los mas principiantes esto es fundamental y para mi pensar se le debería decicar mínimo 6meses a los básicos para fortalecer tu cuerpo y generar fuerza necesaria para empezar con los estáticos ,claro estos nunca se abandona se siguen practicando a cualquier nivel por lo menos en mi caso amó hacer muscle up, y disfruto hacer básicos en general por lo que recomiendo siempre hacer básicos y aparte esto generan un gran estética ben tu físico.
