I share with you my shoulder workout for today, Tuesday, to continue gaining push strength that we can apply to the planks. Today I trained at an unusual time, since I was busy in the morning and in the afternoon we will go to dinner with my wife @norkys-sw, who is celebrating her birthday.
It was a pretty good workout, made up of some exercises where we worked on isometries and holds, and others more focused on gaining strength. I have good feelings from this training, very happy with the execution of the exercises, although I ended up quite tired, but the objective was achieved. Below, I leave you the routine:
L-sit to tuck forward (3 repetitions for 3 sets with a hold of 3 seconds in each element).
Handstand push-ups at 90° (3 sets of 1 or 2 repetitions; that's my maximum, if you can do more, you add repetitions).
Lean planche holds with elevated legs (3 sets of 45 seconds).
Biseries of 10 wall handstand push-ups plus 10 lean planche push-ups.
Biseries of 15 supine dips plus 15 pike push-ups.
This is an easy routine to do and we can do it anywhere. I did it in the apartment and used the stairs as part of my equipment to carry out the exercises. This is one of the greatest advantages of calisthenics: that we can practice it anywhere and with minimal implements. Of course, in order to obtain 100% of our performance and push ourselves to the maximum, it is good to have some equipment such as parallel bars and a bar.
See you in the next post.
